University students and older visitors pay 200 yen, high-school students pay 100, and junior-high students and younger enter free. Ages 65+ pay 100 with official proof.

March–July/September–November 07:30–19:00; August 07:30–20:00; December–February 07:30–18:00. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing. On 5–6 August, closing extends to 21:00. Closed 30–31 December; check date-specific temporary closures in the official calendar.

How to get to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum

Take route 2 towards Miyajimaguchi or route 6 to Eba from Hiroshima Station to Genbaku Dome-mae. Walk through Peace Memorial Park to the East Building entrance. Return on route 2 or 6 to Hiroshima Station. Standard one-way fares are adults 240 yen, children 120.

Advance online bookings are required for 07:30–08:30 and 17:30–18:30 in March–July/September–November; 07:30–08:30 and 16:30–17:30 in December–February; and 07:30–08:30 and 18:30–19:30 in August. Online purchase is recommended at other times too; sales may finish early when busy. Check your date’s temporary closures and booking conditions before buying.
