Interior admission is 1,000 yen for junior high school students and older, or 300 yen for elementary school children. Preschool children enter free.

How to get to Kongobuji

Take the Nankai Koya Line to Gokurakubashi, then the cable car to Koyasan Station and a mountain bus. Check services stopping at Kongobuji-mae and the walk to the temple. Alighting at Senjuinbashi changes the walking route.

Use a mountain bus stopping at Kongobuji-mae from Koyasan Station. Senjuinbashi is a different stop, so your walk to the temple depends on where you alight.
