Castle-site entry is free. Sendai Castle Kenbunkan is free too. Honmaru parking, museums and restaurants are separate facilities; check charges for those you will use.
Opening hours
The castle site can be visited 24 hours. Sendai Castle Kenbunkan opens 09:00–17:00 year-round. Other museums and parking have individual hours.

How to get to Sendai Castle Site
Take Loople from Sendai Station West Exit stand 16 to stop 6, Sendai Castle Site. Climb the stairs to Date Masamune’s equestrian statue and Honmaru viewpoint. Allow walking and viewing time separately from the bus. Return services loop in the same direction too.
