How to get to Befco Bakauke Observatory
Take a Toki Messe/Sado Kisen bus from terminal stand 17 to Toki Messe (朱鷺メッセ). One-way fares are 260 yen adults/130 children. Cross the plaza and enter Bandaijima Building (万代島ビル入口) at Hotel Nikko Niigata/office signs. Take the ground-floor direct deck lift (展望室直通) to floor 31. It boards only here and differs from hotel/office lifts. Return by Niigata-bound bus via Bandai City, distinguishing Prefectural Office-bound services via Furumachi.
