Individual admission is 300 yen ordinarily, 100 for elementary/junior-high students; those students enter free on weekends/public holidays. Valid sightseeing-loop day-pass discounts have separate conditions. Four nights A uses ordinary admission.
Opening hours
Open 09:30–18:00 April–September and 09:30–17:00 October–March, with arrival advised at least 30 minutes before closing. Closed Mondays, or the next day when Monday is a public holiday. Also closed the day after a public holiday, or Tuesday if that day falls on a weekend. Closed 28 December–3 January; check the calendar for temporary closures.

How to get to Former Saito Villa
Take the loop from terminal stand 18 to the Northern Culture Museum Niigata Branch stop, then walk about one minute to the villa. The loop runs one way. Return on the next bus from the same stop. The adult single fare is 260 yen. Two rides plus ordinary admission total 820 yen. Check travel-date operation/diversions.

Roof works: early August–mid-November 2026
Main-building roof works are planned for early August–mid-November 2026, partly obscuring the exterior. Rain may restrict garden walks. Check facility/city notices for your date’s visiting scope.
