Admission
General admission is 2,000 yen; high-school/university students pay 1,400 with ID at admission; junior-high students and younger enter free. Atami Station buses cost 200 each way separately. General admission plus return buses totals 2,400.

How to get to MOA Museum of Art
Take a MOA-bound bus from Atami Station stand 8 to the terminus, about seven minutes away. Buy a ticket at the escalator entrance opposite the stop, then follow eight escalator sections for about 10 minutes to Mua Square and continue to the main entrance. Ticketing and waits are additional. Choose your station-bound return bus in advance and allow the descent from exhibitions to the stop. M-marked services do not run on museum closing days.

Before you visit
Continue up to the main building after the bus
After alighting, follow eight escalator sections for about 10 minutes to Mua Square. This is additional to the approximately seven-minute bus ride, ticketing and queues. Allow the descent from exhibition rooms to the bus stop on your return too.

Museum closing days and return bus
MOA closes on Thursdays except public holidays, plus display-change days. Check the official calendar for your date. M-marked buses do not run on museum closing days.

Can I enter exhibition rooms immediately after the bus?
You still need to reach the main building. Buy your ticket at the escalator entrance opposite the terminus, then follow eight escalator sections for about 10 minutes to Mua Square and continue to the main entrance. The approximately seven-minute bus ride excludes this, ticketing and waiting.
