The tower exterior can be viewed year-round. The bell rings four times daily at 06:00, 12:00, 15:00 and 18:00; nearby shops have their own hours.

How to get to Kawagoe Time Bell
Walk about 15 minutes from Hon-Kawagoe Station. From Kawagoe Station, take a bus via Kuranomachi and alight at Ichibangai. The Time Bell is about two minutes on foot from the stop.
