At Uzu no Michi, walk beneath the bridge and look down over Naruto Strait. Glass floor sections reveal the sea and currents below your feet. For whirlpools, choose your viewing time around the tide chart for your date.

Admission costs ¥510 for adults, ¥410 for junior high and high school pupils, and ¥260 for elementary pupils. Under-6s enter free. Combined admission with Eddy is a separate product.
Opening hours
Opening hours are 09:00–18:00 from March to September, with entry until 17:30, and 09:00–17:00 from October to February, with entry until 16:30. During Golden Week and summer holidays, hours extend to 08:00–19:00, with entry until 18:30.

What to see at Uzu no Michi
The strait beneath your feet
Look out over the strait along the walkway beneath the bridge, then see the currents below your feet through the glass floors. The view down to the sea is one of the highlights.
How to get to Uzu no Michi
From outside Tokushima Station, take a Naruto Park-bound bus, get off at Naruto Park and walk about 5 minutes to Uzu no Michi. The facility gives a bus journey of about 80 minutes, excluding waits. By car, set your navigation destination to the Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall Eddy. Searching only for Uzu no Michi may lead elsewhere.
Before you visit
Time your visit for whirlpools
Whirlpool timing and size vary by day. Check last admission when choosing a viewing time from the tide chart. Even when the facility is open, whirlpools may not be visible.
Regular closures and additional December 2026 closure
Closed on the second Monday of March, June, September and December. An additional closure notice covers 14–16 December 2026; check facility notices for travel during that period.
