How to get to Shinjuku Central Park
Use JR Shinjuku's West Exit and walk about 10 minutes. On departure day, return the same way after walking, collect luggage at your Shinjuku hotel and leave for the airport.

Allow time to collect luggage and reach the airport
The park is about a 10-minute walk from JR Shinjuku's West Exit. For a departure-morning walk, also allow for returning to the hotel, collecting luggage and airport travel.
Questions about Shinjuku Central Park
Are Central Park and Shinjuku Gyoen the same place?
They are different. Central Park offers free walks west of Shinjuku, with sports facilities separate. Gyoen is a garden with admission charges and closure days; its entrances and access routes differ too.
