For four nights in Kagoshima, should I stay in Ibusuki or Kirishima?
To rest in Ibusuki after sand bathing, split the stay into two city nights, one Ibusuki night and one back in the city. For the shrine and mountain park on separate days, compare one city night, two Kirishima nights and one back in the city. Both return to the city on day four for the final night. Add day-five sightseeing only if time remains before your booked departure.
