The official walk from the station to ship admission takes about five minutes. Add accommodation-to-station travel and train waits.

General ship-only admission costs 400 yen. Open 10:00–17:00, last admission 16:30. The facility opens on Monday public holidays and closes the next weekday. Check ship maintenance and temporary closures in the calendar for your date. Explore the areas open on site, then go ashore. Omit the ship interior after a late arrival or on ship closure days.
- Nippon Maru and Memorial Park → Return towards Sakuragicho Station
If choosing a walk, briefly explore open waterfront areas before returning towards Sakuragicho Station. The official roughly five-minute station-to-facility estimate excludes walks and meals.

Return on a Negishi Line service stopping at Yokohama. For accommodation near Sakuragicho, omit this train and eat or rest near the station.
If arriving late or on a ship closure day, omit the interior and choose harbour walking or a meal. Check maintenance and temporary closures in the facility’s calendar for your date.
Day 2: Kamakura Hasedera and Great Buddha worship
Travel from Yokohama to Kamakura for Hase’s two temples. After a meal, return from Hase Station towards Kamakura.

Take a Yokosuka Line service towards Zushi or Kurihama stopping at Kamakura. From Sakuragicho accommodation, first take a Negishi Line service stopping at Yokohama. JR fares cost extra; allow train waits and transfers.

Take a Fujisawa-bound service stopping at Hase and alight. Standard adult single fare is 200 yen; add train waits.
- Hase Station → Hasedera entrance
Walk about five minutes from the station to Hasedera’s entrance.
- Hasedera entrance → Explore the grounds and leave through the main gate
Adult admission costs 400 yen. Normal admission hours are 08:00–16:30, with gates closing at 17:00; April–June admission continues until 17:00, closing at 17:30. Rest on stepped sections and explore areas open that day.
- Hasedera main gate → Kotokuin main gate
The official walk to Kotokuin’s main gate is about five minutes. Each temple charges admission separately.
- Kotokuin main gate → See the Great Buddha and leave through the main gate
General adult admission costs 300 yen. The grounds open April–September 08:00–17:30 and October–March 08:00–17:00, with last admission 15 minutes before closing. The extra 50-yen Buddha interior visit is excluded. If entry restrictions or queues are long, avoid rushing to fit both temples.
- Kotokuin main gate → Hase Station area
Walk about seven minutes back towards Hase Station. If having lunch, return to the same station afterwards for your train. Walking time excludes meals and restaurant queues.
- Enoden Hase Station → Enoden Kamakura Station
Return on a Kamakura-bound train. Standard adult single fare is 200 yen.
- JR Kamakura Station → JR Yokohama Station
Change from Enoden to JR and take a Yokosuka Line service towards Yokohama/Tokyo stopping at Yokohama. JR fares cost extra; allow train waits and transfers.

Adult admission for both temples totals 700 yen. If admission and Enoden queues are long, visit just one temple, eat around Hase and return.
Day 3: via Fujisawa to Enoshima’s observation tower
Today is for sea views and island walks rather than temples. Travel from Yokohama through Fujisawa, changing to Enoden. Use the same transfer station on return.
- JR Yokohama Station → JR Fujisawa Station → Enoden Fujisawa Station
Take an Odawara-bound Tokaido Line service stopping at Fujisawa. Leave the JR gates and follow signs to Enoden Fujisawa Station. JR fares, transfer time and waits are extra.
- Enoden Fujisawa Station → Enoden Enoshima Station
Take a Kamakura-bound service stopping at Enoshima and alight. Standard single fare is 220 yen and the official ride estimate is about nine minutes. Add train waits and walking to the island.
- Enoden Enoshima Station → Across Bentenbashi to Nakamise Street
Cross Bentenbashi and follow Benzaiten Nakamise Street towards the shrine’s red torii. The official roughly 25-minute station-to-tower estimate excludes meals, viewing and queues.
- Left of the shrine’s red torii → Escar → garden and Sea Candle entrance
Before boarding Escar, buy the 1,100-yen adult daytime set ticket at section one’s ticket office for Sea Candle and all three Escar sections. Ascend the three sections left of the shrine’s red torii, then enter the garden on the right towards Sea Candle. The official Enoshima Station-to-tower estimate is about 25 minutes, excluding queues, meals and viewing. Escar runs uphill only; walk down on your return.
- Sea Candle and garden → Daytime tower and garden visit
The garden is free in daytime, but the tower requires admission. Enjoy island views from the tower and garden, then leave through the exit.
- Sea Candle and garden exit → Via Nakamise Street and Bentenbashi to Enoshima Station
Escar runs uphill only, so descend on foot. Follow open paths back through Nakamise Street and Bentenbashi to Enoshima Station. After any lunch, return to the same station for a Fujisawa-bound train. Add downhill walking and meals separately from the station-to-tower estimate.
- Enoshima Station → Enoden Fujisawa Station
Return on a Fujisawa-bound train. Standard adult single fare is 220 yen. The daytime tower and Escar set and Enoden return total 1,540 yen; JR return fares and meals cost extra.
- JR Fujisawa Station → JR Yokohama Station
Leave the Enoden gates and walk to JR Fujisawa Station. Return on a Tokyo-bound Tokaido Line service stopping at Yokohama, then follow your hotel’s access route.
Escar runs uphill only; allow time to walk down and eat. Omit the island in strong winds, high waves or access restrictions. If only the tower is closed, walk only through areas that remain open.
Day 4: indoor port museum exhibits
Choose the port museum for a short indoor visit on departure day. With an early flight or insufficient time, omit it and leave for the airport.
- Yokohama accommodation and JR Yokohama Station → JR Sakuragicho Station
After checkout, if the same Yokohama hotel accepts your bags, return to Yokohama Station for a Negishi Line service stopping at Sakuragicho. If already staying near Sakuragicho, start the next walk near that station. Omit sightseeing for a morning flight, closure, unavailable storage or insufficient airport time.
- JR Sakuragicho Station → Yokohama Port Museum entrance
The official walk to the museum entrance is about five minutes. Add accommodation access and train waits.
- Port museum entrance → Finish viewing and leave
General museum-only admission costs 500 yen. Open 10:00–17:00, last admission 16:30. The facility opens on Monday public holidays and closes the next weekday; check maintenance and temporary closures in the calendar for your date. The ship visit is on a different day, so this course does not reuse an 800-yen same-day combined ticket.
- JR Sakuragicho Station → JR Yokohama Station
If leaving bags near Sakuragicho, collect them first and return to that station. Take a Negishi Line service stopping at Yokohama. If leaving bags near Yokohama Station, collect them after arriving and return to the station for your airport train. Add both hotel journeys.
- Yokohama Station → Your airport terminal
For Haneda, choose a direct or connecting Keikyu service to your terminal. For Narita, reserve an N’EX stopping at JR Yokohama; alight at Narita Airport Station for Terminal 1 or Airport Terminal 2 Station for Terminals 2 and 3.

Visit Kamakura’s two temples on day two. After Kotokuin, eat around Hase Station and return through Kamakura to Yokohama.

Take a Tokaido Line service stopping at Odawara and alight. JR fares cost extra; allow train waits and transfers.
- Odawara Station → Hakone-Yumoto Station
Change to the Hakone Tozan Line towards Yumoto and alight. Standard adult single fare is 360 yen.
- Hakone-Yumoto Station → Chokoku-no-Mori Station
From Yumoto, take a Gora-bound mountain railway train to Chokoku-no-Mori. Standard adult single fare is 460 yen.
- Chokoku-no-Mori Station → Museum entrance
Walk about two minutes from the station to the museum entrance.

The subtotal uses a 2,000-yen adult same-day ticket. Open 09:00–17:00, last admission 16:30. Finish in time for your hotel dinner. Choosing the 1,800-yen online ticket changes actual spending from the same-day-ticket subtotal.

Retrace the roughly two-minute walk to the station. After any lunch, board your return train at the same station.
- Chokoku-no-Mori Station → Hakone-Yumoto Station
Return on a Yumoto-bound mountain railway train. Standard adult single fare is 460 yen; the museum return journey totals 920 yen.
Check mountain railway service before leaving Yumoto for the museum. During suspension, check official replacement transport before deciding to visit. Museum admission and railway fares exclude ropeway, lake circuit and separate hot-spring bathing.
Day 4: history museum, then descend to Odawara
Leave Yumoto today. Choose the history museum only for a late flight with plenty of airport time. For a morning flight, move the previous day to a city with easier airport access.

Can one transport pass cover Kamakura, Enoshima and Hakone?
The Yokohama-base course uses JR to Kamakura or Fujisawa and separate Enoden fares. The Hakone overnight course travels through Odawara on the mountain railway.
