Four nights in Shiga: should I keep the same hotel?

Stay four nights in Kusatsu for a day at each attraction without moving hotels. To see Hikone Castle and Hachiman-bori first, followed by Lake Biwa Museum and Ishiyamadera, spend two nights in Hikone and two in Kusatsu. If museum arrival runs late on the moving day, swap it with the next day’s temple visit.
