Walk about ten minutes from JR Shinjuku’s West Exit to the government building. Take the dedicated lift from Level 1 of Building No. 1. Allow extra time for the queue.

Take the dedicated observation room lift from Level 1 of Building No. 1. Entry waiting is additional to the walk from Shinjuku. On departure day, also allow time to collect luggage and reach the airport afterwards.
