Admission
High school age and above: decks 1,000 yen, rooftop-inclusive 1,200. Elementary/junior high school pupils: 400/500; preschool children free in both areas. Date/time tickets are required; sold-out slots have no same-day tickets.
Opening hours
Decks/rooftop open 09:00–23:00, last admission 22:30. Maintenance/private-event changes are announced separately.

Take City Loop to Port Tower stop 17 and go to the ground-floor ticket/information desk. Rooftop stairs start at observation floor 5. It may open in rain, but umbrellas are prohibited; rain/strong winds can close it without notice. Check same-day notices.
