Individual admission costs 1,100 yen for adults and 550 yen for elementary, junior-high and high-school students. You cannot re-enter with the same ticket after leaving.

The exhibition area opens 08:00–21:00, with last admission at 20:40. Open year-round.

How to get to Dejima
From Nagasaki Station stop, take Sofukuji-bound route 1 to Dejima, then walk about one minute to the entrance. From Shinchi Chinatown stop, the walk is about four minutes. In the evening, the Water Gate is closed; follow guidance to the main entrance bridge.

Before you visit
Finish viewing before leaving
Allow 1½–2 hours. Re-entry is unavailable, so finish all the buildings and exhibits you want to see before leaving for food or another attraction.
For evening visits, use the main entrance bridge
The Water Gate closes at 18:00; the main entrance bridge remains available until 21:00. Use the bridge for evening arrival or departure. Maintenance may restrict some facilities, so check notices for buildings you want to see.
