General collection admission is 700 yen electronically or 800 at the counter; university students pay 350 or 400 respectively. High-school students and younger visitors, anyone under 18, and Matsumoto residents over 70 enter free with proof. Special exhibitions cost extra. The electronic two-day castle–art museum collection combined ticket costs 1,700 general admission.
