Individual fares: junior-high students and older 1,000 yen, elementary students 500. Preschool children with a guardian travel free. Group/disability discounts have separate conditions; Ensoleille to Oishi Park requires a separate ticket.

Normal services run 09:00–16:30; Golden Week/summer services run 09:00–17:30; winter services in November–March run 09:30–16:00. Each ending time is the final sailing departure.

How to get to Lake Kawaguchiko Pleasure Boat Appare

The operator gives about 10 minutes on foot from Kawaguchiko Station to Funatsu pier. Find Appare’s ticket office opposite the free lakeside car park and board at the same pier. Ropeway Lakeside Station lies opposite across Route 137. Distinguish entrances, following mapped paths and on-site crossing signs. Appare returns to this pier; Ensoleille separately reaches Oishi pier.
