Shirono Hotel Kofu's camera overlooks Kofu Castle's keep platform, stone walls and the surrounding town at Maizuru Castle Park. The marker approximates the filming hotel's location, not a camera inside the castle or a surveyed mount.
The tourism association publishes ten-minute photographs from the Shosenkyo ropeway summit toward Kofu Basin and Mount Fuji. Fuji may be hidden by weather.
