Which attractions should I choose in Kumamoto?

Choose Kumamoto Castle for the keep and restoration work, or Suizenji Jojuen to rest beside a pond and small Mount Fuji model. The municipal museum explores local history and nature; Torichosuji’s art museum displays contemporary works installed within its spaces. For grassland scenery or a hot-spring ryokan, choose separate Aso or Kurokawa days and return transport.
