Bandai riverside walks need no facility ticket, and ordinary Befco deck admission is free. Transport buses, food and shopping are extra; private bookings/events may restrict deck access.

Can I add Sado Gold Mine to a city half-day?

The mine is on Sado Island. Car ferry Niigata–Ryotsu takes about two hours 30 minutes one way, followed by an island bus to the mine. Plan a separate island trip instead of adding it to city half-day walks. Three-/four-night mine courses spend two Ryotsu nights, separating mine day from ferry-return day.
