    After your visit, head to the historic streets for a meal and a look at the warehouse-style buildings and shops. Toki no Kane rings at 6:00 AM, noon, 3:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. This is an exterior visit, with no climb inside the bell tower; shops have separate hours. After your walk and meal, return to your booked lodging in Kawagoe. Bonsai, manga, and the park in one day

After the previous day's rail exhibits, visit the Bonsai Art Museum and Manga Hall. If time allows, stop at the park on your way back, then return from Omiya to Shinjuku. Store large bags in an available locker at Omiya Station; if none is available, shorten your sightseeing.

There is no cost-saving reason to buy a new pass just for three-night plan A or B. The adult pass costs ¥16,000 for three consecutive days; the transportation and sightseeing subtotals for these plans are ¥4,680 and ¥6,420 respectively. The New Shuttle between Omiya and Tetsudo-Hakubutsukan is officially covered, while Chichibu Railway, facility admission, lodging, and meals cost extra.
