How to get to Shinjuku Central Park
Use JR Shinjuku’s West Exit and walk about ten minutes. On departure day, return the same way, collect luggage at your Shinjuku accommodation and continue to the airport.

Allow luggage collection and airport travel time
The park is about ten minutes from JR Shinjuku’s West Exit. For a departure-morning walk, allow time to return to your accommodation, collect luggage and reach the airport.

Are Shinjuku Central Park and Shinjuku Gyoen the same place?
No. Central Park is a free walking park west of Shinjuku, with separate sports facilities. Shinjuku Gyoen is a garden with admission and closures, and different entrances and access routes.
