There are separate views of Kobe’s Meriken Park, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and the area near Arima Onsen Station. For Himeji Castle or Takeda Castle Ruins, check the destination camera rather than central Kobe.
Kobe’s harbour, Himeji Castle and Arima Onsen lie in different directions. Trying all three in one day means more time on trains and buses; if you want a relaxed onsen visit, make it the main plan.
Himeji Castle blossoms suit spring. For winter snow play, consider a managed site such as Rokko Snow Park after checking its operating dates; do not assume it will snow in central Kobe.
For Kobe beef, compare cut, portion and price. In nearby Akashi, soft akashiyaki dumplings are dipped in broth.
