Three days in Gunma: exhibitions or indoor baths?

For the statue, history exhibits and artworks, stay in Takasaki and give Byakue Dai-Kannon, the history museum and modern art museum a day each. Both museums are in Gunma-no-Mori park. On the final day, return from the modern art museum to Takasaki Station for a Tokyo-bound train. In Kusatsu, see the yumomi performance and give Gozanoyu's indoor baths and the spacious open-air bath separate days.
