Ordinary worship access is 06:00–19:00. The area behind the Main Hall and Soga-no-yashiro close at 16:30. After 19:00, worship is possible only in front of the eastern bronze torii.

How to get to Izumo Oyashiro Shrine
Take an Ichibata bus towards Izumo Oyashiro or Hinomisaki from bay 1 at JR Izumoshi Station's north exit and get off at Seimon-mae (正門前). Via AEON Mall, the adult fare is ¥510 each way or ¥1,020 return by the same route. Return on an Izumoshi Station-bound bus from Seimon-mae. Check both travel-date services and temporary operating notices. For rail, the usual route starts at Dentetsu-Izumoshi, changes at Kawato and ends at Izumo-Taisha-mae. Direct trains also exist, so check whether your service requires a change.
