Admission
Park entry is free. Paid facilities such as the aquarium and purchases at shops cost separately. Regular passenger-car parking costs ¥500 per vehicle per entry per day, following the April 1, 2026 revision.
Opening hours
The park has 24-hour access and no regular closing day. Shops and paid facilities have individual hours. Parking entry charges apply 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m.
What to see at Katsurahama Park
Sea views and Ryoma exhibits
Explore the coast and look out to sea at Katsurahama. For Ryoma’s life too, visit the museum first, then continue to Katsurahama by MY Yu Bus for a walk.

How to get to Katsurahama Park
From JR Kochi Station, take a regular Katsurahama-bound bus or MY Yu Bus. Get off at Katsurahama and walk into the park. MY Yu runs via Godaisan and takes a different route from the direct regular bus.

Visiting tips
Swimming is prohibited
Do not swim at Katsurahama Beach. For the aquarium too, check admission and hours separately from your park walk. Park access hours do not indicate shop or paid-facility opening hours.
