福井県
The camera south of Fukui Station shows trains and the city; another looks toward Echizen Ono Castle. For the Mikata Five Lakes, open the summit-park camera for a view over the lakes.
From Fukui Station, would you rather explore Echizen Ono Castle or look out over the Mikata Five Lakes? They lie in different directions, so visiting both in one day leaves less time at either place.
An autumn mountain trip and a winter visit to the coast for Echizen crab need different routes. On snowy days, check road and transport notices for the area you are visiting.
In Fukui, choose between Echizen soba with grated daikon and the fuller rice meal of sauce katsudon.
