Admission

Individual permanent-exhibition admission costs 200 yen. From April 1, 2026, high-school students and younger enter free with student ID or equivalent proof at reception. The adjoining national peace memorial hall is separate and free.

September–April hours are 08:30–17:30, with last admission at 17:00. May–August hours are 08:30–18:30, with last admission at 18:00. On August 7–9, the museum stays open until 20:00, with last admission at 19:30.
