The keep opens from 08:30 to 17:00, with last entry at 16:30. It is open year-round. Park night-illumination hours differ from keep visiting hours.

How to get to Tsuruga Castle
Take Haikara-san or Akabe from Aizu-Wakamatsu to Tsurugajo-Iriguchi and walk about five minutes. The buses loop in opposite directions; check the station-bound return stop and travel direction.
