Paid-area admission is JPY 1,200 for senior high school age and above, or JPY 600 for ages 4 to junior high school. Ages 3 and under enter free. Gardens and shopping areas do not require a ticket. Confectionery-making activities cost extra.

The park usually opens 10:00–18:00. The paid area operates 10:00–17:30, with last admission at 16:30. Free gardens, shopping spaces and activity programmes can have different hours; check official notices on special opening dates.

How to get to Shiroi Koibito Park
From Odori Station, take the Tozai Line towards Miyanosawa and get off at the final stop. The train ride takes about 16 minutes, then the walk to the park takes about 7 minutes. Allow separate time for waiting and reaching the station from your hotel. For the factory tour, buy paid-area admission at the park’s ticket centre.
