Before you visit
Buildings and the Dharma Hall stop admission before the garden
Building admission ends at 16:30 and cloud dragon admission at 16:20. Arriving for the garden's 16:50 deadline leaves too little time for other areas. Arrive earlier if including the buildings or Dharma Hall.

Building and Dharma Hall suspension dates
Building visits are suspended after 12:30 on 1 April 2026 and on 29–30 October 2026, among other dates. The cloud dragon cannot be visited on 28–30 October 2026 and 2 January 2027, among other dates. Events and religious services may change access, so check opening notices for your date. Check garden operations separately even when buildings or the hall are closed.
