What should you add during three days in Nagoya: the aquarium or Tokoname?
Stay near Nagoya Station for two nights and add either the aquarium or Tokoname’s pottery streets to Nagoya Castle and Noritake. At the aquarium, plan exhibitions around performances. In Tokoname, allow time for lunch and breaks as well as walking. If visiting Tokoname on your final day, leave time to return to Nagoya before your onward departure.

Compare aquarium admission with transport tickets
The three-day Route A subtotal of JPY 4,490 uses ordinary aquarium admission of JPY 2,030 and the individual transport fares listed in the course. It excludes the discounts below and transport pass purchase costs. If buying a pass, compare its price with the sections and number of journeys you will use that day. The separate SRT one-day ticket differs from the transport tickets eligible for the discount below.
How to use a transport ticket for an aquarium discount

Frequently asked questions
Can I watch all the aquarium performances one after another?
Some programme times overlap, so you may not be able to see them all consecutively. Choose the performances you want to see first and visit the North and South Building exhibitions between them. Dolphin performances take place in the North Building’s third-floor stadium. Weather and the animals’ condition may lead to changes or cancellations; check the detailed programme for your visit date. Venue information checked on 2026-10-09.
