Visit by day for city scenery or in the evening for illuminated streets. Walk through the park first and try to spot the paths you have just taken.

Admission

Observation deck admission is JPY 1,200 for senior high school students and adults, and JPY 600 for primary and junior high school students. Preschool children enter free.

Standard opening hours are 09:00–22:00, with last admission to the observation deck at 21:50. See the visiting advice below for event changes and whole-building closures.

What to see at Sapporo TV Tower

Find Odori Park from the observation deck

The observation deck overlooks the park stretching east to west and the city around it. Look for the section you walked through, or visit in the evening for the street lights.

How to get to Sapporo TV Tower

From Odori subway station, follow Aurora Town entrance 27 to the tower. Enter on Level 1 and buy tickets at the observation deck ticket counter on Level 3. If approaching through the park, head to the tower at its eastern end.
