Admission
Individual admission is JPY 900 for high school students and older, and JPY 200 for primary and junior high school students.
Opening hours
Opening hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, with last admission at 4.30 pm.

Follow garden paths to explore the historic buildings. Allow time to look at the buildings and walk through the garden so you need not rush.
How to get to Sankeien
From Yokohama Station east exit bus terminal, stop 2, take municipal route 8 or 168 stopping at Sankeien-iriguchi · 三溪園入口. Walk about five minutes from the stop to the garden. Follow on-site guidance for temporary boarding-point changes.

Before you visit
Combining the harbour and garden
Take a bus between Yokohama's harbour area and Sankeien. Allow the return journey if visiting both on one day. A separate half-day gives more time for the garden.
Year-end closures and temporary changes
Sankeien closes from 26 to 31 December. Events or emergencies may change hours, so check garden notices for your date.
