Opening hours
The park and car park are open 24 hours. Tenmon Bridge's observation towers are open from 9 am to 9.30 pm, and the park centre is open from 9 am to 5 pm. There are no regular closure days; check notices for restrictions due to events or inspections.

How to get to Fugan Canal Kansui Park
Leave through Toyama Station's north exit and walk to the park. The tourism association gives about nine minutes. Allow extra time from your accommodation to the station, walking inside it and waits at crossings. Return towards the north exit.
