Admission

Admission costs JPY 1,500 for adults and JPY 500 for primary and junior high-school students. Preschool children enter free. Official English guidance defines adult pricing as age 16+ and child pricing as ages 6–15.

How to get to Kamo Aquarium

Take a Tsuruoka/Sakata highway bus from stop 1 outside Yamagata Station to S-Mall Terminal. Change at S-Mall stop 1 to a Yunohama Onsen local bus via Kamo and alight at Kamo Aquarium. Return by local bus to S-Mall, then the Yamagata highway bus. Weekday and holiday timetables differ; check both outward and return connections for your date.

At S-Mall Terminal, take a Yunohama Onsen bus via Kamo. Services to the same destination via Zenpoji follow another route. Return travel also uses a local bus and Yamagata highway bus; check connections in the appropriate weekday and holiday timetables.
