Three nights in Saga: Karatsu Castle day trip or Arita exhibitions
Take a day trip to Karatsu for the castle and sea views, or choose separate Arita and Takeo days for ceramics and bathing. Karatsu involves about a 25-minute walk each way from the station plus approach steps. If long walks are difficult, compare the Arita exhibition option. Both itineraries stay three nights in Saga.
