Saga in 3 nights / 4 days: Karatsu Castle day trip or Arita exhibitions

Take a day trip to Karatsu for the castle and sea views. For ceramics and bathing on separate days, choose the itinerary that splits Arita and Takeo. A Karatsu visit includes about a 25-minute walk each way from the station to the castle, plus uphill steps. Compare the Arita exhibition option if long walks are difficult.
