Opening hours
The association says many shops open around 09:00–16:00. Shops and homes share the village; it does not open and close at one common time. Weather or shop circumstances may bring early closing or days off.

How to get to Ouchi-juku
Take a train from Aizu-Wakamatsu via Nishi-Wakamatsu onto the Aizu Railway line and get off at Yunokami Onsen. Transfer outside to Saruyu-go for about 20 minutes to the village entrance. Previous-day reservations have priority. Train and bus waits are additional to riding time.

Check bus reservation conditions
Saruyu-go at Yunokami Onsen gives priority to previous-day reservations. Choose outward and return buses connecting with trains and ask about booking. Allow separate train and bus waits.
