Adults and university students JPY 500; elementary, junior high and high school students JPY 250; preschool children free. Groups of 20 or more: general admission JPY 400, children and students JPY 200. Individual visits by elementary and junior high school students living in Hakodate or attending city schools are listed as free.

How to get to Hakodate Seikan Ferry Memorial Museum Mashumaru

Walk northwest from JR Hakodate Station towards Hakodate Bay. When you see the ship with an ivory upper hull and blue lower hull on your left, follow the shore towards it. Take stairs in the adjoining building to the 2nd-floor boarding entrance. The listed station-to-ship walk is about 4 minutes; allow separately for hotel-to-station travel and climbing stairs. There is no elevator or escalator.
