The park usually opens 10:00–18:00. The paid area opens 10:00–17:30, with last admission at 16:30. Gardens, shopping and activities may have different hours; check official notices for special opening days.

How to get to Shiroi Koibito Park
Take the subway Tozai Line from Odori towards Miyanosawa and get off at the terminus. The ride takes about 16 minutes, followed by about 7 minutes’ walk to the park. Waiting and hotel-to-station travel are extra. Buy paid-area tickets at the ticket centre for the factory tour.
