Access to the fifth-floor deck is free. Meals, shopping, transport and other facility fees are separate.
Opening hours
Observation tower: 09:00–21:00, last entry 20:50. Shops, restaurants and indoor garden have different hours.

Harbour and city views
Look down over harbour and sea from the free deck, then towards Akita city. Explore the views on both sides.
How to get to Akita Port Selion
Board the Selion Line at west-terminal stop 4 and get off at Selion. Riding takes roughly 25 minutes; adult one-way fare ¥550. Allow separate waiting and entrance walking time. Use Port Tower’s front entrance for the deck; Rista/Plaza are separate buildings. Alternatively, walk roughly 2 km/25 minutes from JR Tsuchizaki, with JR fare separate.

Visiting tips
Return buses after sunset
Check weather and Akita Station return buses for sunset visits. Set viewing time around your bus rather than staying late based only on deck hours. Check restaurant hours separately if adding a meal.
