Admission
Individual admission is ¥2,800 for adults, ¥1,600 for elementary and junior high school students, and ¥800 for preschool children aged 3 and older.
Opening hours
Usual opening hours are 09:30–17:00, with admission until 16:00. The aquarium lists year-round opening.

Dugongs and Ise-Shima marine life
Watch the dugongs' movements as they swim in their tank. Exhibits of Ise-Shima marine life also introduce creatures that live in the local sea.
How to get to Toba Aquarium
Take a JR or Kintetsu train to Toba Station. The aquarium is approximately 10 minutes on foot from the station. If you arrive by Kintetsu, use exit 1 outside the ticket gates and follow the aquarium signs. Allow separate time for ticket queues.

Visiting tips
Arrival at Toba Station and last admission
If you arrive at Toba Station late, allow for the walk to the aquarium and ticket queues. If you choose to visit the following morning, adjust your Pearl Island visit and departing train from Toba Station.
Admission until 16:30 on extended opening days
The operating guidance lists extended hours on 2–6 May, 1–28 August and 19–23 September. During these periods, hours are 09:00–17:30, with admission until 16:30. Check the operating notice for your visit date.

Can I enter Toba Aquarium just before closing?
Admission ends one hour before closing: usually 16:00, or 16:30 on extended opening days. You cannot enter by arriving at closing time; plan around the admission cutoff.
