How to get to Sakurajima Visitor Center

Walk about ten minutes from Sakurajima Port to the visitor centre. After the ferry, start island sightseeing with a walk to the centre and its exhibits.

Continuing to the observatory after the exhibits

Allow time to walk to the bus stop after visiting. The centre opens until 17:00, but buses leave according to stop-specific timetables. Choose your observatory-bound and harbour-bound services first.
