Admission
Individual admission is JPY 100 ordinary, or JPY 50 for senior high school and university students. Junior high school students and younger enter free.
Opening hours
Hours are 09:00–17:00, with admission until 16:30. Closed Mondays, or the following day if a public holiday; also the fourth Friday unless a public holiday, and December 29–January 3.

How to get to Kawagoe Castle Honmaru Palace
From Kawagoe or Hon-Kawagoe Station, take a Tobu bus via Kura no Machi to Fudanotsuji, then walk about 10 minutes. From Eagle Bus Hakubutsukan/Bijutsukan-mae or Tobu bus/shuttle Hakubutsukan-mae, the walk is about one minute. Bus fares are separate from admission.
