Individual fares are ¥1,000 for junior high school students and older, ¥500 for elementary school students. Preschool children accompanied by a guardian travel free. Group and disability discounts have separate conditions, and Ensoleillé tickets to Oishi Park are separate.

Normal sailings run 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Golden Week and summer, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; winter November–March, 9:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Each end time is the last departure.

How to get to Lake Kawaguchiko Pleasure Boat Appare
The operator gives about 10 minutes on foot from Kawaguchiko Station to Funatsu pier. Find Appare's ticket office in front of the free Funatsu lakeside car park and board at the same pier. The ropeway's lakeside station is across Route 137; distinguish its entrance from the pier. Follow the official map's walking route and crossing signs on site. Appare returns to the same pier; Ensoleillé to Oishi pier is a separate service.
