Admission
Ordinary admission is free. Meals, bicycles, storage and separate activities are not included in free admission.
Opening hours
09:00–18:00; closed 29 December–3 January. The external worship area's hours differ from the centre's.
What to see at Mozu Kofungun Visitor Center
Understand the mound group through aerial footage
Even when the whole shape is difficult to see from beside a mound, centre footage shows the group from above. After footage and exhibitions, you can continue to external worship.
How to get to Mozu Kofungun Visitor Center
From JR Hanwa Mozu, walk 350 metres west. The centre is east of the external worship area. Distinguish this from the approximately 10-minute station-to-mausoleum walk.

Check the station-to-centre route
The centre is 350 metres west of Mozu Station. Check its location so you do not head to another point around the mound. This differs from the approximately 10-minute walk to the external worship area.

Does a visitor-centre visit also give entry inside the mound?
The centre offers footage and exhibitions, not an experience entering the mound. Worship at Nintoku is external and requires separate date-specific restriction checks.
