Admission
Standard admission is free. Meals, cycling, luggage storage and separate experiences are excluded from free admission.
Opening hours
The visitor centre opens from 09:00 to 18:00 and closes from 29 December to 3 January. Emperor Nintoku’s outside worship hours differ from centre opening hours.

How to get to Mozu Mounded Tombs Visitor Center
From JR Hanwa line Mozu station, walk 350 metres west. The centre is east of Emperor Nintoku’s outside worship area. The roughly ten-minute Mozu-to-mound walk differs from the distance to this centre.

Check the route from Mozu to the centre
The centre is 350 metres west of Mozu station. Check its location to avoid walking towards another point around the mound. The roughly ten-minute worship-area walk has a different destination.

Does the visitor centre visit include entry inside the mound?
The centre offers footage and exhibitions, without entry into the mound. Worship at Emperor Nintoku’s mound is outside and needs separate date-specific access checks.
