Admission
Individual admission costs 200 yen for adults or 100 yen for high-school and university students; junior-high school students and younger enter free. A separate Honmaru Goten ticket brings the adult total to 300 yen. The city’s two-facility ticket combines the museum and art museum.
Opening hours
Open 09:00–17:00; last admission 16:30. Closed Mondays, or the following day when Monday is a public holiday. Also closed the fourth Friday unless it is a public holiday, December 29–January 3, and during fumigation, disinfection or collection work.

How to get to Kawagoe City Museum
From Kawagoe or Hon-Kawagoe Station, take a Tobu Bus via Kuranomachi and alight at Fudanotsuji, then walk about 10 minutes to the museum. From the Eagle Bus Hakubutsukan Bijutsukan-mae stop or Tobu Bus/shuttle Hakubutsukan-mae stop, walk about one minute.
