Walk from the stop to the main shrine

Pass Nakamise and Shirobashi, then follow Omotesando through Usa torii to the main shrine area. Retrace the same route after worship. Allow stop-to-main-shrine walking time in your itinerary.

How to get to Usa Jingu

Take a Yokkaichi-bound bus from Usa Station to Usa Hachiman. Cross the Usa Jingu entrance junction on National Route 10 towards the shrine, then follow Nakamise, Shirobashi, Omotesando and Usa torii to the main shrine area. After worship, retrace the approach to the stop and return on a Bungotakada-bound bus serving Usa Station. Check weekday and weekend timetables and on-site restrictions for your date. JR and bus fares are outside guide-course subtotals.

The upper shrine is accessible 06:00–18:00, with possible New Year changes. Grounds being always open does not mean the upper shrine is accessible at any time. Plan worship around its hours for your date.

Outbound, take a Yokkaichi-bound bus from Usa Station to Usa Hachiman. Return on a Bungotakada-bound bus serving Usa Station. Distinguish weekday and weekend timetables and allow the main-shrine-to-stop walk. Follow on-site guidance during restrictions.

You must walk the shrine approach from the stop. Cross the Usa Jingu entrance junction towards the shrine, then pass Nakamise, Shirobashi, Omotesando and Usa torii. Allow the return walk to catch your bus.
